With over 25 years as a volunteer fireman, as well as owning, managing and renovating rental properties,  I have a unique perspective in what makes a house operate. 

     Using InterNACHI standards, my ambition is to educate homeowners on any unsafe issues as well as any functional defects.  My objective is to provide my clients with the knowledge to keep their home safe, efficient and reliable for their families. 

     And yes, these are our dogs Jake and Memphis,  our mascots.
